Rules and Policies

Respect Yourself

Please treat yourself with respect, this means things like, ride within your ability level, take reasonable risks, do not ride impaired, be assertive when its your turn to go, speak up if someone makes you feel unsafe or unwelcome. Take care of your body by drinking water and eating when you need to. Take breaks from riding as needed.

Respect other people

This park is built specifically to allow all types of people to come in and try out action sports. That includes people of all ages, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and cultures. We do not tolerate any kind of bullying or hate speech. This includes our social media pages.

This also means you must share the space with all who are in attendance including taking turns, moving out of the way if someone wants to ride where you are. making space for younger or newer riders to start at the bottom of ramps, not riding in a way that makes others feel uncomfortable (eg. super close to someone, flinging your board or scooter close to someone..)

Respect the park/space

This means do not cause intentional damage to anything. Don’t sit on things not meant for sitting on. Keep your drinks and food off the ramps. Pick up your trash. Report damage or issues to our staff.

The Non-Negotiable Rules

This is stuff that is important to protect the future of the park legally.

Every single person who enters the skate area must have a VALID waiver on file

A valid waiver is one that is filled out by the participant if they are over 18 or is filled out by a legal guardian if the participant is under 18.

Every person under 18 must wear a helmet when riding or in the skate area

This is non-negotiable and if you don’t want to follow it you can not ride at Stronger Skatepark.

No Alcohol

Pretty straight forward. Alcohol is not allowed in our space.

No Smoking or Vaping indoors or within 15 feet of any entrances

This also falls under respecting other people. People do not want your second hand smoke or vape clouds. It’s gross and disrespectful. Go outside and far away from the doors.

If you are ready to quit smoking or vaping please check out this helpful website.

Cancellation Policies

For all sessions, 24 hour minimum cancellation policy if you would like a credit or a refund. If it is less than 24 hours we still appreciate the heads ups if you will not be attending but we will not issue a refund.

For lessons and classes we have a 48 hour minimum cancellation policy.

There are no refunds on birthday parties.

Camps are different from camp to camp, but for summer camps we have a two week cut off for refunds.

There are no refunds for memberships or punch cards, but we can transfer punches to another account if you do not plan to use them.

Return Policies

Anything bought in our shop can be returned in like new, unopened condition for up to 30 days. You must have a receipt or the receipt attached to your customer account in our POS to do a return or exchange.

I got banned/kicked out. Now what?

We take our rules and guidelines seriously and if you do something that violates the agreements in the waiver we will ask you to leave. In most cases we are open to having a dialogue with you about what happened and how we can move forward together. Please send us an email at contact@strongerskatepark.com to discuss the situation.
